How can I run a model from an specific step? For example, I run a model until the step 10 when divergence occured. Now, I would like to reduce the size of increment and run again but, only from step 10. How can I do this using the command box?

It is not possible to continue directly from your diverged job unless you saved step 9.
I would say there are two methods. First would be to use AUTOMA stepsize control. This automatically reduces (or increases) the stepsize when needed. Second would be to use the SAVE and RESTORE commands to create and use restore points you can use to restart the analysis from a specific step.
