11.3.7 Mode-I Tensile Fracture Energy USRGF1

Subroutine USRGF1 determines the tensile fracture energy GfI in Smeared Cracking [§6.1] or Total Strain crack models [§6.2], depending on ambient variables (temperature, concentration, maturity) and time.
